After 8 days of a 21 day meditation commitment I can say that I understand how truly important it is to take time for yourself EVERY day, not just once a week, or twice a week, but every day. We need this time to keep ourselves grounded, in balance, and happy. Once we become self aware and find our way to one’s inner self and what is really being said, what is wanted and actually needed then one can start to transform, evolve, move forward and change “old” habits, “old” patterns, and create the true “you.” So, after my meditation today, I present to you this statement, this thought, and allow yourself the time to sit with it and
