DAY 2 HAPPY: THEY EMBRACE THE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN, RATHER THAT THE CERTAINTY OF WHERE THEY ARE.
It’s easier to choose certainty, even if painful, than risk the unknown. Think about it: that’s why we keep bad habits around. They are, on some level, comforting.
You can wait to hit rock-bottom, or you can cut to the part where you embrace change. If you aren’t happy, it’s not sustainable. Eventually, something will have to change. So get comfortable with being a little uncomfortable.
